Information from Social Networks
If you log in to our Services using a social network account (including Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or Line), we will receive the required information (such as account details and email address) in accordance with the privacy policy of that social network to verify your access rights.

To safeguard the integrity of our identity verification process and comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations, Tevau strictly prohibits any third party from opening, registering, or applying for a Tevau Pay account on behalf of another individual. All accounts must be opened and registered by the account holder in person.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
(a) Each user must personally complete all identity verification (KYC) procedures, including providing their own Personal Data, identification documents, and biometric information (where applicable).
(b) No person shall use another individual's Personal Data, identification documents, or any other information to open or attempt to open a Tevau Pay account without that individual personally participating in the registration and verification process.
(c) Any agent, intermediary, or other third party is expressly prohibited from creating accounts, submitting applications, or completing identity verification on behalf of any prospective or existing user.
(d) Tevau reserves the right to conduct ongoing identity verification at any time during the term of your account, including but not limited to:
(i) requiring you to re-submit identification documents or provide additional Personal Data;
(ii) requiring you to complete real-time identity verification through video call, biometric authentication, or other means as Tevau may determine;
(iii) cross-referencing your account activity, login records, device information, and behavioral patterns against the identity information on file to detect any anomalies or inconsistencies;
(iv) requesting you to confirm your identity in person at a designated location if Tevau considers it necessary.
You shall cooperate with any such verification requests promptly. Failure to comply with a verification request within the timeframe specified by Tevau shall constitute grounds for account restriction or suspension.
(e) Where Tevau detects or reasonably suspects that an account has been opened, registered, or is being operated by a third party in violation of this Policy, Tevau shall be entitled, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take any one or more of the following actions:
(i) immediately suspend or restrict the account and all associated services;
(ii) freeze any funds, digital assets, or balances held in the account pending investigation;
(iii) terminate the account permanently and cancel all related Cards and services;
(iv) refuse to process any pending or future transactions;
(v) report the matter to the relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authorities in any applicable jurisdiction;
(vi) retain all Personal Data and transaction records related to the suspected violation for the purpose of investigation, legal proceedings, or regulatory compliance;
(vii) pursue legal action against any person involved in the third-party account opening, including claims for damages, losses, and costs incurred by Tevau.
(f) The account holder shall be solely responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, claims, penalties, or legal consequences arising from any third-party account opening or operation conducted in violation of this provision. Tevau shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the exercise of its rights under this section.
We may disclose your Personal Data to the following persons:
Any person or entity that we engage or participate in for the purposes of marketing, advertising, or promoting Tevau Pay Services, such as social media platforms, online platforms, or third party websites. We will use merged link technology for messages push, when a device has multiple APP push links active, we use the combined link technology to randomly combine them into one link to save power and traffic for you.
We operate a global business, and your information, including Personal Data, may be stored, transferred and processed in any country and may be outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction. Tevau may transfer your Personal Data to recipients in countries other than the country in which the Personal Data was originally collected.
